Antar mouna is the tantric technique of self analysis. Using this ancient technique we can delve into our own inner natures.
The chakras are psychic, energetic centres that influence our thoughts, emotional patterns and daily lives.
In this course we will be using the technique of Antar Mouna to explore, understand and recognise some of these psychological and emotional influences and start to resolve any inner conflicts and become more harmonised.
All sessions will include asana, pranayama, as well as meditation.
Home practice will be an essential part of the course.
